Information Regarding Unsatisfactory Outcome

If you are unsatisfied with the procedure you have had at Malvern Dermatology Skin Health Centre, you may make a complaint to the medical practitioner by emailing

We do take your skin health seriously and strictly follow all guidelines set out by the governing bodies. Prior to your consultation you were asked to acknowledge and give your consent to the procedure and in doing so you agreed that you were made aware of side effects, risks and complications that may occur due to you undertaking this type of procedure. You were also given information regarding financial costs, pre and post treatment recovery. Please ensure that your complaint is outside of these issues that you were made aware of and that you acknowledged.

Please identify yourself by giving your full name, date of birth, provide a contact address both postal and electronic and a contact mobile phone number. Please give the date of the procedure and outline the procedure you had, why you were dissatisfied and how you would like the matter to be resolved.

If once we have gotten back to you and you are still dissatisfied, you may wish to address your complaint to:
